Melyssa Kassay has over 24 years of experience in client services and customer support. Currently serving as Client Services Manager and formerly as Account Executive at Ambassador Education Solutions since June 2006, Melyssa has developed strong expertise in managing client relationships. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Service Representative at Pride Solvents from November 2004 to March 2006, and holding positions as License Key Representative and Client Assistant at CA Technologies from July 1999 to November 2004.
