Nicki Venable

Nicki Venable is currently the Director of Legal Operations and Director of Civic Engagement at Ambassador Enterprises, LLC. With a background in executive management and training, Nicki has expertise in establishing evidence-based programming and public safety. Throughout their career, Nicki has also served as a MINT Trainer for the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers and as a Professional Development Manager for the City of Fort Wayne. In addition, Nicki has experience as an adjunct instructor in Criminal Justice at ITT Technical Institute. Nicki holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science.
