Mohan Pardeshi

Mohan Pardeshi is an experienced Senior Operations Manager with a career spanning over three decades in the hospitality industry. Currently at the Ambassador Group of Hotels & Sky Chef since October 2017, Mohan leads the Operations Department ensuring its efficient management and establishing operational handling procedures. Previously, Mohan served as Senior Operations Manager at the Hotel Corporation of India Limited for one year and held various positions including Senior Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, Duty Manager, Duty Officer, and Catering Officer at The Ambassador Sky Chef from 1979 to 2016. Mohan holds a Bachelor's Degree from Peoples Education Society's Siddharth College of Arts Science & Commerce in Mumbai.
