James Fraser

James Fraser is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in the theater and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Ambassador Theatre Group since August 2018, James has progressed through multiple roles from Front of House Team Member to Acting Customer Experience Manager. Previous experience includes a Barista position at FCB Coffee and a Shift Supervisor role at Mitchells & Butlers PLC. James also worked as a Barista at Michels Patisserie’s from June 2016 to December 2017. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Music and Theatre from the University of Wollongong, earned between March 2013 and November 2016.
