James Hackney-DuBois is an experienced customer experience manager with a strong background in the theatre and business sectors. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Ambassador Theatre Group since June 2019, James oversees a team of over 60 front of house staff and is responsible for recruitment and staff management. Prior experience at Michelin includes roles as Business Support Team Leader and New Offers & ONCall Administrator, where James led a team of eleven and managed administrative tasks. James's journey at Ambassador Theatre Group began in 2012, progressing through multiple positions, including Theatre Administrator and Front of House Duty Manager. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from the University of Exeter and has also collaborated as Co-Artistic Director with TrailBlaze Theatre Company, focusing on interactive and immersive theatre productions.
