Fandresena Gabrielle Ravelo

Fandresena Gabrielle RAVELO has over 14 years of experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Manager of Talent & Leadership Development at Ambatovy Joint-Venture since October 2009. In this role, Fandresena oversees talent acquisition for both national and expatriate positions, manages talent-related processes, and leads performance management and headcount budgeting efforts, as well as leadership development initiatives. Previous positions include Talent Acquisition Superintendent, Head of National Recruitment, and Recruitment Advisor at Ambatovy. Prior to this, Fandresena held the position of Recruitment Consultant at PRAXIS Recruitment Agency from 2004 to 2007 and served as a Human Resources Administrator at Miary Enterprise from 2002 to 2004. Fandresena holds a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Antananarivo and a DEUG in Law from CNTEMAD, with additional training from Ecole de Service Social.
