Francis Jeferson Fuertes

Francis Jeferson Fuertes is an accomplished Shutdown Planning Engineer at Ambatovy Joint-Venture, bringing a wealth of experience in operational and maintenance management from previous roles at JLL, including Operation and Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager, and Facilities Manager. Francis has led multidisciplinary teams, been responsible for preventive maintenance planning, engineering designs, and the management of facility systems and vendor services. Prior to JLL, Francis held key positions at Coral Bay Nickel Corporation as Mechanical Supervisor and Engineering Supervisor, focusing on equipment reliability and project engineering. Earlier roles included Service Engineer at Resources Consolidated and a Cadet Engineer at Maynilad Waters.
