Matthew McAdam

Matthew McAdam, P.Eng., is an experienced professional in the mining and metallurgy sector, currently serving as the Manager of Pressure Acid Leaching and Ore Preparation Plant Operations at Ambatovy Joint-Venture since May 2023. Previously, Matthew held the position of Chief Metallurgist at Tasiast Mauritanie Ltd SA from July 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included team management and the implementation of an Automatic Process Control system to optimize gold production. Prior roles include Manager of Metallurgy and Senior Metallurgist at Kinross Gold Corporation, where Matthew led various projects focused on gold recovery and operational efficiency.
