Alana Lopez, PMP

Alana Lopez, PMP has a wealth of experience in project management and customer success. Alana began their career in 2016 as a Customer Success Manager at Imagine Learning. In this role, they were responsible for researching and developing data-driven approaches to define and measure success criteria for strategic initiatives, track and report on customer retention metrics, and manage customer relationships. In 2018, they moved to Piper, Inc. as the Director of Customer Success, where they set the overall vision and strategic plan for the Customer Success organization, focusing on driving product adoption, leading a positive customer experience, and driving growth through gross renewals and net retention improvements. In 2020, Alana joined the Center for Effective Philanthropy as a Senior Implementation Manager, where they designed, implemented, and documented implementation programs by working with strategic partners and analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming program risks. In 2022, they moved to Leadspace as a Project Manager, Customer Enablement, where they collaborated with Professional Services and customers to understand their key business initiatives and drove value by delivering customized solutions for the Leadspace CDP product. Most recently, Alana joined Ambient.ai in 2023 as a Senior Engagement Manager, where they guide enterprise customers through setup, onboarding, implementation, testing, and launch.

Alana Lopez, PMP holds a Masters of Arts degree in Education, Communications and Technology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from San Francisco State University. Alana also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in October 2022, as well as a PMP® Exam Prep Seminar certification from Instructing.com, which they obtained in August 2022. Additionally, they hold a TEFL-C certification from Columbia University in the City of New York.
