David Beenfield

David Beenfield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnerships and operations within the technology and smart home industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Partnerships and Founder & Chief Fulfillment Officer at Ambient Property Technologies, David has played a pivotal role since January 2014, following its acquisition by Level Home Inc., where David now holds the position of Senior Vice President of New Operations for Dwelo Smart Apartments. David’s prior experience includes significant roles at Salesforce, where responsibilities encompassed strategic partnerships and enterprise business development, as well as management positions at Blueline Services, LLC, overseeing employment screening operations and driving sales initiatives. David began their career at MIRO Industries, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Utah Valley University.
