Dane Gentry has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas as an Undergraduate Research Assistant to Dr. R. Jacob Baker. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant to Dr. R. Jacob Baker at the same university.
In 2019, Dane joined JT4 as an Engineer II in the Direct Inject Measurements Group. In this role, they collaborated with a Measurement Technician to perform RADAR system verification and validation activities. Dane's responsibilities included creating measurement lists, conducting various RADAR measurement tests, analyzing collected data, charting data, and preparing formal reports.
Later, Dane was promoted to Lead RF Measurements Engineer III at JT4 in 2021. In this role, they led five RF measurement groups, including Direct Inject Measurements, Free Space Measurements, Antennas, Signal Analysis Systems, and Automated Measurement Systems. Dane provided technical engineering support for the verification and validation of RADAR systems.
Most recently, starting in July 2022, Dane has been working as a Staff Validation Engineer at Ambiq. Further details of their responsibilities and role are not provided.
Dane Gentry pursued their education at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Dane completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2012 to 2016. Later, they went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in the same field from 2017 to 2018, also at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
