Etty Wiersma

Etty Wiersma has extensive experience in the field of adult and youth care, currently serving as a begeleider volwassenzorg at Ambiq Twente since January 2015, where responsibilities include supporting clients in daily activities to foster independence. Prior to this role, Etty worked at Ambiq Drenthe from January 2011 to December 2014 as a pedagogisch medewerker, focusing on supporting youth and parents, developing guidance plans, and coordinating activities. Earlier experience includes serving as a pedagogische medewerker in various childcare settings from March 2008 to December 2010. Etty holds a degree in Pedagogiek from Christelijke Hogeschool Windesheim, obtained between 2011 and 2014, and completed a propedeuse in Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening at Haagse Hogeschool in 1995-1996.
