Nicole Crawford

Nicole Crawford currently serves as a Programme Manager and previously held the position of School Partnerships Manager at Ambition Institute since March 2020. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a School and Community Engagement Coordinator at The Growth Company from October 2019 to March 2020. Nicole's experience at The Challenge spanned from July 2016 to October 2019, during which time positions as Assistant Accounts Manager and Engagement Coordinator were held. At Pravah, from February 2016 to June 2016, Nicole led a team of volunteers, focusing on wellbeing, project management, community events, and educational facilitation. Earlier roles include a Leisure Attendant at Sefton Council and a Volunteer with International Service, where skills in supervision, motivation, task allocation, and event planning were developed. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Queen's University, Belfast, earned in 2013.
