Emma Norris has had a diverse range of work experiences. Emma began their career as a Party Host and Play Worker at Playtime Magic in 2005 and later worked as a Senior Sales Advisor at D2 in 2006. In 2007, they joined Somerset County Council as a Nursery Supply Teacher and Holiday Club Supervisor. Emma then worked at Ambrosoli International School as a Foundation Stage Teacher (Nursery) from 2008 to 2010. Emma also served as a Private Ofsted Registered Nanny from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, Emma joined Ronanda House Limited as a Residential Support Officer, providing support to abused children with challenging behavior. Emma also worked at Ambrosoli International School, progressing from an Early Years Teacher to the role of Deputy Head Teacher, Early Years Manager, and Head of the Early Years Unit. Emma has additionally worked as an Early Years Consultant/Lecturer at The Luigi Guisanni Foundation and as a Youth Campaign Champion at Young Minds.
Emma Norris has a diverse education history spanning over several years. Emma completed their high school education at Kingsmead Community School from 2000 to 2005, where they studied a range of subjects and earned their GCSE qualification. Afterward, they attended Bridgwater Community College from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education. Following this, Emma pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Studies with Health Studies at Canterbury Christ Church University from 2010 to 2013. Wanting to further enhance their knowledge and expertise in the field, they then pursued a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at London Metropolitan University from 2017 to 2019.
