Danielle Savaglio

Danielle Savaglio has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of HR and leadership roles. Currently, they are the Regional HR Director, APAC & Global Organisation Development Lead at Ambu A/S, where they are leading the global development agenda and spearheading people transformation across APAC. Prior to this, Danielle served as the Regional HR Director APAC at Ambu A/S, leading the People agenda for the APAC business and playing a key role in the design and development of the Ambu Leadership Capability Program. Danielle also held the position of VP People, Change and Internal Communications at IDT Australia Limited, where they led the People, Change, and Corporate Communications teams and played a crucial role in driving a successful turnaround of the business. Additionally, Danielle has experience as an HR Director at Phenogen Sciences, Inc., where they were responsible for setting up the US sales force and overseeing HR and organizational development. Earlier in their career, they held HR management positions at Dako and worked as a lecturer at ESC Troyes. Danielle also served as a Senior Consultant at Inter Cultural Management, specializing in cross-cultural leadership and cooperation skill development.

Danielle Savaglio has a diverse education history. Danielle obtained their Master of Health and Medical Law from the University of Melbourne from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, they completed a short-term program on HR Strategy in Transforming Organisations at the London Business School in 2011. Danielle holds a Master's degree in Business from Swinburne University of Technology, which they earned from 2002 to 2003. Danielle also completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology in 1997, and a Bachelor of Behavioral Sciences from La Trobe University from 1992 to 1995. For their secondary education, they attended St Michael's Grammar School where they obtained their VCE from 1984 to 1990. Additionally, Danielle has obtained several certifications, including a Masterclass in Nudging - Diploma from iNudgeyou in 2019, the Mercer IPE 3.1 from Mercer in 2010, and is a Registered Psychologist with the AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) since 2002. Danielle is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) since 1997.
