Randy Miller

Randy Miller, MBA SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Randy currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Ambu A/S, overseeing operations in the US and Canada. Prior to this, Randy was the Director of Human Resources for Ambu A/S, where they focused on HR strategy and management in the US. Randy also worked as a Leadership, Capability, and Change Consultant for various client companies, specializing in talent development, organizational change, and coaching. Randy held a senior position as the Sr. Director of Global HR Business Partner at Teva Pharmaceuticals, contributing to global HR business strategies. Randy worked as a Sr. HR Business Partner at AstraZeneca, collaborating with global leadership teams to drive people plans and talent development. Randy gained experience in human resources management as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Amazon and as the Human Resources Manager at Marsh. Throughout their career, Randy has showcased their ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and deliver results in times of high change.

Randy Miller has an MBA in International Business from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware. Randy also holds a BA in Psychology/Management from Widener University. Additionally, Randy has certifications as a Personal Resilience Practitioner from the Resilience Alliance and as an SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
