Rikke Hvarre

Rikke Hvarre is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as the People & Culture Director at Ambu A/S since May 2024. Previously, Rikke held multiple leadership roles at Seaborg Technologies, including Chief Operating Officer and Head of People & Culture from February 2021 to May 2024. Rikke's earlier career at Maersk Drilling spanned over a decade, during which time Rikke progressed through various positions such as Solution Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Rikke's foundational experience includes roles at Maersk Oil as an HR Consultant and Aalborg University as an Office Assistant. Rikke holds a Master's Degree in International Business Communication and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Aalborg University, along with additional coursework in Humanities from Central Washington University.
