Mark Howard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and analysis within the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Membership Services at Ambulance Victoria since March 2010, Mark oversees a critical revenue-generating Membership Scheme and services over 2.6 million Victorians. Prior roles include Customer Service Adviser at Centrelink, where high-quality service was delivered during sensitive times, and Business Analyst at Mercer, responsible for software administration and reporting.
