Sharmini Masilamani

Sharmini Masilamani has extensive work experience in marketing and management roles. Sharmini has been with AMC Commercial Cleaning since December 2022, initially as the Head of Marketing and later promoted to Marketing Director. Prior to that, they worked as the Marketing Lead at Ecotech Pty Ltd from 2014 to 2016. From 2012 to 2014, they held the position of Marketing Development Director at Rentokil Initial, where they were responsible for group marketing and innovation. Sharmini also served as the Marketing Director for Asia Pacific and Pacific Regional Marketing Manager for Pest Control at Rentokil Initial. Before joining Rentokil Initial, Sharmini worked at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide as an Account Director, overseeing clients such as BP Ultimate, Wild Bean Café, and Glaxo SmithKline. Sharmini also has experience in project management as the Executive Co-ordinator for the Regaining Sri Lanka Tourism Plan at Carsons Management Ltd. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Director/New Business Development at DDB. Sharmini's earlier experience includes roles as the Marketing Planning Manager and Product Executive at GlaxoSmithKline.

Sharmini Masilamani obtained an MBA in International Business, Global Marketing, Operations Management, and Project Management from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 2003. Prior to that, they completed an MCIM degree from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK in 1991.
