Maximo Lopez May currently serves as the Corporate Director of F&B Experiences at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, overseeing restaurants, bars, events, and culinary operations across the Latin America and Caribbean region since June 2022. Additionally, Maximo acts as a consultant in the food and beverage sector, collaborating with teams to launch new hotels and revitalize existing projects. As a host and chef for AMC Networks International Latin America, Maximo presents a cooking show that celebrates gastronomic heritage through nostalgic and joyful recipes. With extensive experience in culinary leadership, Maximo has previously held senior roles at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and Playa Hotels & Resorts, and has authored a cookbook titled "Maximo placer en la cocina." Maximo's earlier career includes various television hosting roles at Chello Latin America and significant positions within Hyatt Hotels Corporation, such as Executive Chef at Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires.
