With extensive experience in culinary leadership, Maximo has previously held senior roles at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and Playa Hotels & Resorts, and has authored a cookbook titled "Maximo placer en la cocina." Maximo's earlier career includes various television hosting roles at Chello Latin America and significant positions within Hyatt Hotels Corporation, such as Executive Chef at Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires.
