Naila McKenzie Ross

Naila Mckenzie Ross is currently the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at AMC Networks, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this, Naila served as Director of Inclusion Strategies, Business Affairs & Legal Counsel, and Director of Business Affairs and Legal Counsel at Disney Theatrical Group from December 2017 to June 2022. Naila's legal career also includes roles as Counsel at Disney Theatrical Group from August 2012 to 2017, and as an Associate at both Peikoff Law Office from February 2011 to July 2012, and Debevoise & Plimpton from September 2007 to February 2011. Naila holds a JD, cum laude from Harvard Law School, a Postgraduate Degree in Classical Theater Performance from LAMDA, and an A.B. in East Asian Studies, magna cum laude from Harvard University.
