Praveen K Ravela has over 18 years of work experience in the technology industry. From 2011 to present, they have worked at AMC Technology, where they have held the roles of CTO | Head of Contact Center and Communications Solutions and Products - Global Install Base, Director Of Product Innovation and Development, Development Manager & Architect, and Software Architect. In these roles, they have established Intellectual Property (IP) across Premise, Cloud native platforms, and Product Suites, established Customer and Employee / Agent Experiences across the end-to-end customer journeys, established API first, Cloud first, and distributed architecture platforms, reported to C-Level on Product Vision and Roadmap, and designed and developed innovative Contact Center solutions. From 2005 to 2011, they worked at Verint as a Technical Lead, where they were responsible for Telecom CTI Integration for British Telecom, Interactive Intelligence, Cisco, Genesys, Avaya, and Integration to Voice Recording Engines. From 2003 to 2005, they worked at KnoahSoft Inc. as a Technical Lead, where they led the research on products for the first generation VoIP Recording Engine on Cisco VoIP networks, Real-time network sniffing / VoIP packet processing/audio broadcasting to registered clients.

Praveen K Ravela obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Acharya Nagarjuna University between 1998 and 2001. Praveen K then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the same university, which they completed between 2001 and 2003.
