Adam Richardson has over 20 years of work experience in various high-level roles in strategy, M&A, and general management. Adam is currently serving as the VP Snacks & Confectionery and Strategy and M&A, EMEA at Amcor and has been with the company since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant at AROC Consulting from 2016-2017. From 2014-2016, Adam was the Director of Strategy at Diageo. Adam also held multiple roles at Tate & Lyle, including VP & General Manager Asia Pacific, Head of Strategy and Commercial Planning, and Manager of Corporate Development. Before that, they worked as a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group and as a Consultant at Arthur D. Little. Adam's career began at Barclays, where they participated in the Graduate Management Development Programme as a Special Entrant.
Adam Richardson pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Cambridge from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in Economics. Later, they attended the London Business School from 1999 to 2001 to earn an MBA.
