German Tijero has a diverse work experience in various roles within the sales and marketing field. German started their career at AQUA 2000 as an Account Manager. German then joined Eden Springs as an ERP Superuser and later became the Telesales Director and Sales Manager. Tijero also worked at Eden Springs Spain as an Integration Manager, responsible for a merger project. German then moved on to Molson Coors, where they served as the Director of International Sales & Business Development and later as the Country General Manager. Tijero joined Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East & Africa / Amcor Flexibles Americas as part of the CLDP, where they gained experience in Sales & Marketing. German then progressed to various leadership roles within Amcor, including General Manager Iberia, Global KAM, Sales Director, and Vice President Sales & Commercial Excellence for Latin America. Most recently, Tijero has been serving as Vice President Sales, Marketing & Commercial Excellence for Amcor Flexibles Latin America and Vice President Sales, GKA & Commercial Excellence for Amcor Rigid Packaging North America.
German Tijero has a diverse education history. German completed an Executive MBA program at Esade from 2006 to 2008. In 2012 to 2013, they attended the University of St.Gallen for a program in Organizational Leadership called "Lead to Outperform". In 2007, German Tijero participated in a Master program in Economics specifically focused on "Doing Business in China" at Fudan University. German also undertook a Master Program in Leadership Development at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 2007. Additionally, in 2006, German Tijero completed a Master Program in Competitive Strategy at Henley Business School. Lastly, in 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Direction & Sales Management at EAE - Escuela de Administración de Empresas.
