David Hall

David Hall has over 20 years of work experience in various technology-related roles. David has held positions such as Director of Technology at Amdec Group, where they have been since 2015. Prior to that, they worked as the Technical Director at Tamblyn Manufacturing and as a Senior Systems Analyst, Business Intelligence at Global Telematics. David has also worked in business development and design at Radar Vision, and as an Infrastructure Architect at VIVO ENERGY. David has experience in developing advanced traffic control systems and managing corporate systems as a Business Manager at Conlog. Additionally, David has held roles in strategy, product management, and business development at Mosaic Software and Faurecia. David began their career as an IT Manager at Western Province Racing. From 1975 to 1979, David attended Pinelands High, where they completed their Matric and studied English (A), Akrikaans, Mathematics (A), Physical Science (A), Accountancy (A), and Geography (B).

From 1980 to 1984, David pursued a Bsc Elec Eng degree at the University of Cape Town, specializing in Heavy current and Electronics.

In 1989, David enrolled at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. However, they did not complete their BSc Com Sci degree. During their time there, they studied subjects such as Computing, Astronomy, and Geography.

In the same year, David attended the Department of Labour, where they obtained a degree in GCC M&W M&OS, specializing in Mine and Factory Law.
