Barbara Campbell has over 30 years of senior project management experience, beginning in 1993 when they were a Project Manager at Elm Street Publishing. In this role, they managed the critical path for text production, balancing aggressive delivery schedules with product quality. Barbara then moved to Lucent Technologies in 1997, where they held a multi-functional leadership role in the Customer Documentation and Training Division. In 2003, they started their own business, Campbell Consulting, providing financial and management planning for retired and elderly adults. In 2007, they joined the Federal Working Group as a Senior Project Manager with the U.S. Census Bureau, managing training product development for the 2010 Decennial Census operations. Finally, in 2014 they joined AMDEX Corp as Vice President and Director of Census Operations.
