David Buckholtz

David Buckholtz has over 35 years of experience in program management. David began their career in 1984 at AlliedSignal as a Test Supervisor and Operational Readiness Manager. From 1996 to 2000, they worked at AverStar and Titan Corporation as a Deputy Program Manager for the Department of Health and Human Services. In 2000, they moved to L-3 Communications as a Program Manager for the USDA. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Senior Program Manager at Evergreen ITS. David then worked as a Program Manager at NOVA Corporation from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Program Manager at ASSYST. In 2021, they joined Kalani Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Program Manager and is currently a Senior Program Manager at the U.S. Census Bureau for AMDEX Corp.

David Buckholtz obtained their Bachelor's in Physics and Electrical Engineering from Hampton University between 1974 and 1980. In 2018, they obtained an Amazon Web Services Business Professional certification from Amazon. In 2016, they obtained a SAFe Agilist Certification from Icon Consulting Group. In 2014, they obtained an IT Information Library Intermediate Certification (ITIL) from Agilent Technology. In 2005, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. David is currently enrolled in The George Washington University.
