Michael Isaacs possesses extensive experience in marketing, specializing in product and cloud services. Currently serving as the Cloud Services Marketing Lead and Director of Product Marketing at Amdocs since March 2017, Michael has been integral in storytelling for communications service providers. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Product Marketing at Vindicia, overseeing comprehensive product marketing efforts, including messaging, sales support, and marketing analysis from February 2017 to January 2020. Michael’s earlier experience at Amdocs includes roles as Services Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager for Telecom Industry services, contributing to cross-services marketing strategy and consulting. Additionally, Michael began a career in marketing and technical writing at Telrad from 1988 to 1995. Academic qualifications include a BA in Linguistics, Literature, and Law from Bar-Ilan University and educational foundations from King Edwards VI School and Calderwood Lodge.
