Viktor Kulichev

Viktor Kulichev is an experienced professional in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of Change/Delivery Management Department at Київстар since July 2019. Prior to this role, Viktor held the position of Business Team Lead at VEON from June 2017 to June 2019. Viktor's extensive career at Kyivstar spans from July 2004 to June 2017, encompassing various leadership roles including Head of Commercial Activities Implementation Department, Head of Tariff & Products Development Unit, Head of Products, Head of Mobile Products Management Unit, and VAS Manager. Earlier in Viktor's career, a position as Head Of Marketing Operations at Укртелеком was held from July 2002 to July 2004. Viktor holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from National Aviation University and has completed several management and marketing programs at prestigious institutions including the International Management Institute (MIM-Kyiv), Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, and CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
