Rich Proctor

Rich Proctor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and engineering. Currently serving as Managing Director at biild, AME Group Ltd, and AME-3D since 2021, Rich has previously held senior engineering roles at Arnold Magnetic Technologies from 2016 to 2021. In addition to a leadership position at Cafe Nomad from 2015 to 2018, Rich also contributed as Assistant Minister at Rotherham Evangelical Church from 2011 to 2014. Rich holds an MBA in Advanced Manufacturing Management from Sheffield University Management School, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Aveta Business Institute, a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University, and a Diploma in Church Leadership from Porterbrook Seminary.
