Sharon Garmany

Sharon Garmany has a diverse work history spanning over two decades. Sharon initially started their career as a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Nurse at Prime Healthcare in 1997 and worked in that role until 2003. Following that, they transitioned into a Practice Administrator position at CARDIOLOGY & CV SURGERY, where they served for ten years. In 2013, Garmany joined Prime Healthcare Services as a Director of Operations, a position they held until 2016. Sharon then moved on to Kindred Hospice, where they took on the role of Director of Operations from 2016 to 2018, and subsequently became the Area Vice President of Operations until 2021. Currently, Garmany is working as the Area Vice President of Operations at Amedisys, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, they have showcased their expertise in operations management and leadership positions.

Sharon Garmany obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Jacksonville State University in 1996. Sharon also received additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Lean Leadership from Auburn University in the years 2015 and 2013, respectively.
