Ricardo Silva has a diverse background in virtual and augmented reality, with experience in managing departments and developing immersive experiences. Ricardo started their career at ACCIONA in 2008, where they were responsible for managing the virtual reality department and developing immersive experiences for Caves. Ricardo also developed their own engine focused on architecture and ray tracing.
In 2010, they joined Cedint as a researcher, where they worked on creating 3D environments for virtual reality and conducted research on human-computer interaction. Ricardo also maintained and utilized virtual reality installations and tracking devices. Additionally, they contributed to the research and development of applications and tools using augmented reality techniques.
In 2015, Ricardo moved to BSense, where they held the position of CEO. Ricardo worked on the development of virtual and augmented reality technologies, as well as researched and designed virtual reality interaction devices.
Later in 2015, they joined BSense Tech as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), where they continue to contribute their expertise in the field.
Most recently, in 2019, they joined Psious as the Manager of the Unity & Virtual Reality Department. In this role, they are responsible for the development of the Psious product for mobile terminals and virtual reality devices. Ricardo also manages the development of experiences and biometric technologies.
