Shaykara Webster

Shaykara Webster, MBA, currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at the National Asian Pacific American Women's Forum (NAPAWF) and as Chief of Staff for HR & Operations at Amenities Health. As the Founder and CEO of 3MC Business Solutions since 2017, Shaykara has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previous experience includes roles such as Global Head of People at Livepeer, Chief of Staff at Microsoft, and Chief Recruitment Officer at Incluzion. Additional positions include Sr. Manager of People Operations at Women Who Code and Talent Acquisition Consultant at The Budd Group. Shaykara holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Winthrop University College of Business and a BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina.
