Barry MacNeill

Barry "Bear" MacNeill is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in capture management and unmanned systems operations. Currently serving as Vice President and Capture Executive at Amentum since February 2008, MacNeill specializes in classified range support operations and advanced military tactics. Prior to this role, MacNeill held various leadership positions at AECOM and its predecessor companies, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and overseeing substantial unmanned systems programs. Notable earlier roles include Executive Director of the USAF Joint Test and Evaluation Program Office and Manager of Electronic Warfare Tactics and Training. Educational credentials include Master's degrees in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Air University, as well as a Bachelor's in Geography and Engineering from Syracuse University.
