Jason Hernandez

Jason Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over 22 years. Jason currently works at Amentum as the TSCM Technical Cyber Team Lead, where they coordinate with NGA Cyber stakeholders for TSCM Cyber missions and conducts thorough analysis of cyber data. Prior to that, they were a TSCM Cyber Technical Analyst at PAE, where they installed TSCM Cyber equipment and supported TSCM missions. Jason also worked at METIS Solutions, LLC as a TSCM Practitioner, ensuring compliance with TSCM surveys and providing recommendations for NGA facilities. Jason has a background in the military, serving as a Counterintelligence Digital Threat Investigator and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Special Agent in the US Army. Jason also has experience as an Army Recruiter/Counterintelligence Special Agent and Counterintelligence Special Agent. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Watercraft Operator and Automated Logistical Specialist.

Jason Hernandez earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Intelligence Studies from American Military University in the years 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates of Applied Science in Intelligence Operations from Cochise College from 2007 to 2009. Jason has also obtained several certifications including Cellebrite Certified Operator and Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyst from Cellebrite in December 2021, Cyber Crime Investigator, Digital Forensic Examiner, and Digital Media Collector from the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3) in July 2021, Counterintelligence Digital Threat Investigator from the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command in 2018, and CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) from CompTIA in October 2020.
