Marek Maciaszczyk has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Marek started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Central Lancashire, focusing on academic research in Sports Economics. After that, Marek worked as the Owner of Sports Sponsorship Consulting.

In 2009, they joined Amer Sports Corporation and held various roles in marketing and management. Marek started as a Communication Manager, overseeing brands like Salomon and Suunto. Marek then transitioned to the role of ECOM/B2X GTM Leader for the EMEA region. Later, they became the Country Marketing Manager for Poland, managing multiple brands including Salomon, Suunto, Wilson, and Atomic. Marek also served as the Territory Brand Manager for Central Europe and the Regional Head of Brand Marketing for Europe. Currently, Marek is the Global Head of Commercial Marketing for the Suunto brand at Amer Sports Corporation.

Marek Maciaszczyk has pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Sport Management from the University of Central Lancashire. Additionally, they have also studied Digital Marketing at the Digital Marketing Institute.
