Stacey Howard is a Sr. Government Underwriter at Amerant Mortgage since November 2021. Prior to this, Stacey worked as a Lead Underwriter at Kind Lending, LLC. and as a Non-Delegated Correspondent Underwriting Manager at Stearns Lending, LLC. Stacey has a strong background in retail operations, wholesale underwriting, loan processing, and underwriting FHA and conventional loans. Throughout their career, Stacey has consistently adhered to mortgage lending regulations and internal credit policies, ensuring all consumer loans meet the necessary guidelines.
