Neil Caldwell

Neil Caldwell has had a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Neil started their career in 1989 as a Mechanical Designer at Rybka Smith and Ginsler, where they worked until 1991. Neil then joined DW Thomson Consultants Ltd as a Mechanical Design Engineer and worked there until 1996. Neil then moved on to Tescor, where they worked as a Project Engineer from 1996 to 1999. In 1999, they joined Duke Energy Corporation as the Operations Manager for Western Canada, a role they held until 2002. Neil then joined Ameresco, where they initially worked as the Operations Manager for Western Canada, but later moved up to become the Vice President of Canadian Operations, a position they currently hold.

Neil Caldwell earned their Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western University from 1987 to 1991.
