Lilit Khalatyan

Lilit Khalatyan has a diverse work experience in the banking and academic sectors. Lilit started their career at Yerevan State University as a Senior Specialist at the Quality Assurance and Control Department from January 2008 to June 2009. Following this, they joined ProCredit Bank as a Senior Credit Back Officer from June 2009 to May 2016. Lilit'snext role was at Ameriabank CJSC, where they served as a Senior Credit Back Officer from June 2016 to October 2019. Lilit then transitioned to the Business Regulation and Advisory Center at Ameriabank CJSC, where they worked from October 2019 to January 2021. Currently, Lilit is a part of the Retail Business Support and Operations Division at Ameriabank CJSC, starting from January 2021.

Lilit Khalatyan holds a Master's degree in Management of Higher education from Yerevan State University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Oriental studies with a specialization in Arabic language from the same university, from 2001 to 2006.

Lilit also pursued studies in Arabic language at the Arabic teaching Institute for non-Arabic speakers in Damascus, Syria, although the specific years of their attendance are not provided.

In addition to their formal education, Lilit obtained several certifications. In May 2020, they received a Certificate in completion of the Design thinking 3-week course from Ameriabank CJSC. In February 2019, they obtained a Certificate in participation of the Tough negotiations 2-day seminar held by Igor Rizov, which was organized by Sarajyan Trainings. Furthermore, Lilit obtained a Certificate in business English from IAB International Academy of Business in November 2017.
