Michael Ferraina, MBA has extensive experience in the home healthcare industry. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at AmeriBest Home Care since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at JEVS Care at Home from November 2018 to February 2022.

From 2012 to 2018, Michael worked at BAYADA Home Health Care in various roles. Michael served as a Division Director, responsible for multiple states' Assistive Care Markets. Michael played a key role in recruitment, retention, operational standards, clinical standards, and business development, driving growth and overseeing the opening/acquisition of over 50 offices. In addition, they served as the Director of Assistive Care Services, where they significantly increased revenue, client census, compliance scores, and implemented new programs.

Prior to their tenure at BAYADA, Michael worked at Delaware Association for Home and Community Care as Vice President and Secretary, where they collaborated with board members to shape home health care initiatives. Michael also served as a Board Member, focusing on improving quality of life for service recipients and advocating fair pay rates and reimbursement.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked at COPD Services, Inc as an Account Executive, responsible for training sales representatives and developing business plans. Michael was also an Account Executive at Maxim Healthcare Services, where their responsibilities included recruiting and placing healthcare professionals, business development, and contract negotiations. Additionally, they served as the General Manager/Administrator of the Cherry Hill branch office, leading successful accreditation, regulatory audits, and record-breaking sales growth.

Michael holds an MBA degree, and their expertise lies in growth strategy, business development, operational standards, clinical standards, and relationship building within the home healthcare industry.

Michael Ferraina, MBA, has a strong education background with degrees in both business and healthcare administration. Michael began their academic journey in 2002 at Eckerd College, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing and Leadership. Michael dedicated four years to their undergraduate studies and successfully completed their degree in 2006.

After gaining valuable knowledge and skills in business management, Michael went on to further enhance their education by pursuing a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at Wilmington University from 2011 to 2013. During this period, they specialized in Healthcare Administration, solidifying their understanding of the healthcare industry and its management principles.
