Matthew Whitaker

Matthew Whitaker is an experienced attorney with significant roles in both government and private sectors. Currently serving as Of Counsel Attorney at Graves Garrett LLC and Co-Chair at America First Policy Institute, Matthew also holds the position of Senior Advisory Board Member at IronGate Capital Advisors. Previous roles include Acting Attorney General and Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Justice, Managing Director at Axiom Strategies, and Executive Director at the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust. Matthew co-founded Whitaker Hagenow & Gustoff LLP, serving as Managing Partner and providing legal representation in various litigations. Additionally, experience at Freedom Strategy Group and State Savings Bank reflects expertise in consulting and financial services.
