Litsa Rubino

Litsa Rubino possesses extensive experience in engineering and program management, currently serving as a Program Manager at both America Makes and the National Center for Defense Manufacturing & Machining since December 2021. Prior roles include Senior Product Engineer at Aptiv, where Litsa managed the design and validation of high-speed cables for automotive applications, and over 27 years at Delphi in various engineering capacities, including Supervisor of Advanced Material & Development. Litsa has a strong background in materials engineering, project management, and cost reduction strategies, holding a Master of Science in Polymer Engineering from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Youngstown State University.
