Martin Salas

Martin Salas is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of Meraki - Multiplicando el bien since January 2023, Martin has extensive experience as Managing Partner at CHRONSULT, a boutique consulting firm focused on organizational effectiveness since 2012. Martin holds several advisory and board positions, including roles as Chair of the Talent Committee and Advisor to the Board of Directors at both El Comercio and América Televisión, and a Limited Partner and Talent & Culture Advisor at Taram Capital. In addition, Martin has contributed as a mentor at Endeavor and as an advisory board member at various organizations. With an educational foundation that includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and executive education from Stanford University, Martin also possesses advanced certification in family business advising.
