Sarah Koon

Sarah Koon has extensive experience in education and customer service. Currently serving as a Teacher at the American Academy Casablanca since August 2009, Sarah Koon manages a 5th grade self-contained classroom and teaches a contemporary literature course for 12th graders. Prior to this role, Sarah Koon worked at Hope College from October 2005 to April 2009 as an Event Staff Usher, providing customer service during sporting events. Additional experience includes a position as a Children's Ministry Intern at Jersey Baptist Church, where responsibilities involved teaching and program development for elementary students, and a role as a Teller/Receptionist at KEMBA Financial Credit Union, focusing on customer service. Sarah Koon holds a degree in Language Arts Composite, English, and Education from Hope College, completed in 2009, following an education at Bexley High School.
