Kayla Ritten, MBA, CAE has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Communications Intern at Feeding Children Everywhere and then as a PR/Communications Intern at the City of Orlando in 2014. In 2015, Kayla served as a Marketing Intern at Pivot Business Consulting. Kayla then joined US Toy in 2011 as a Keyholder, a role they held until 2015. In 2016, they had multiple roles including Bookkeeper at Park Plaza Gardens and Assistant Property Manager at Demetree Real Estate Services. Kayla also worked at the American Academy of Optometry, starting as an Administrative Assistant, Programs in 2016, before progressing to roles such as Program Manager, Membership & Communications, Membership Director, and currently as the Vice President, Membership & Communications.

Kayla Ritten, MBA, CAE has a diverse educational background. Kayla earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida in 2014. Additionally, Kayla holds an Associates Degree from Seminole State College of Florida, which they completed in 2012. Kayla has also pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2022, they completed the Certificate in Association Digital Marketing from the Association Academy. In January 2022, they achieved the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership. More recently, in March 2023, they completed the Certificate of Completion: Association Membership Growth Course, and in April 2023, they finished the Association Creative Marketing Masterclass, both from the Association Academy.
