Rachel Bowers

Rachel Bowers, CPA, MBA has a comprehensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Rachel started their career as a Senior Accountant at Ahlbeck and Company in 2002 and worked there until 2006. Following that, they joined Blackman Kallick as a Senior Auditor from 2006 to 2008. Rachel then joined the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) in 2009 as an Assistant Controller and was promoted to Controller in 2016. Currently, Rachel holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at AAOS starting from October 2022. Rachel'sexpertise and experience make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Rachel Bowers, CPA, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, which they earned between 2018 and 2020. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Master's degree in Accounting at Elmhurst University from 2002 to 2003. Rachel'sundergraduate education was also at Elmhurst University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from 1998 to 2002.
