Tim Niznik

Tim Niznik is a seasoned professional in the field of operations research and analytics, with extensive experience in the airline industry. Currently serving as the Director of Analytics at the Integrated Operations Center for American Airlines, Tim has previously held key roles including Director of Operations Systems and Decision Support, and Senior Manager of Operations Research. Tim's expertise is further demonstrated through contributions as Airline Operations Conference Co-Chair for the Airline Group of the International Federation of Operational Research Societies (AGIFORS) and as a Senior Consultant in the Research Group at Sabre. Tim's career began with an internship in Operations Research at Northwest Airlines. Tim holds a PhD in Operations Research and Economics from Colorado School of Mines and a Master's degree in Mathematical Sciences with a focus on Operations Research from Clemson University.
