Doug Beaver, CPP, currently serves on the American Alliance of Museums 2023 Content Advisory Committee, leveraging extensive expertise in the museum sector. As the Director of Corporate Security for the National Museum of Women in the Arts, Doug oversees comprehensive security programs for a significant collection and library. Additionally, involvement with the National Crime Prevention Council, Smithsonian Institution, Capitol Concierge Inc., and ASIS International reflects a commitment to public safety and cultural property protection. Previous leadership roles include Program Manager at OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation and Vice President at both Kastle Systems and ASERO Worldwide, alongside founding Securityworks Corporation, a notable security services provider. Doug holds an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Montgomery College and additional education from the University of Maryland.
