M. Carolyn Miller is an experienced writer, content developer, and instructional designer, with a strong focus on narrative and instructional design in the stories and games niche. As President of the Pacific NW Chapter of the American Society of Journalists & Authors since October 2018, M. Carolyn Miller successfully expanded membership from 6 to 30 professional writers. Through CultureShape, LLC, founded in 1995, M. Carolyn Miller provides creative design and development services, utilizing accelerated learning techniques. Experience includes content marketing for the American Animal Hospital Association, senior instructional design roles at organizations such as Continuum Consulting Services and Verus Global, and contributions to educational programs for various institutions. M. Carolyn Miller holds an MA from Goddard College and a BA in Humanities from The University of Dallas, supplemented by various writing workshops and courses.
