Roslin T. has a diverse work experience in the field of research and administration. Roslin started their career as an intern at Souther Petrochemicals Industries Cooperation Ltd (SPIC) in 2006. Roslin then worked as an undergraduate research assistant at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre in 2008. During this time, they were involved in a project on identifying active principles by thin layer chromatography.

In 2009, Roslin joined Kent State University as a graduate teaching assistant and later took on the same role at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). At NEOMED, they also worked as a graduate student researcher. Roslin continued their research career as a postdoctoral research fellow at Vanderbilt University from 2015 to 2019.

In 2019, Roslin transitioned to the administrative field, first working as a coordinator for biomedical nonprofits' professional meeting at Health Research Alliance. Currently, they are working as a scientific program administrator at the American Association for Cancer Research. The duration of their current role is ongoing.

Roslin T. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biotechnology from Sathyabama University between the years 2005 and 2009. Afterward, they pursued their higher education at Kent State University, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biomedical Sciences, specifically in Pharmacology, from 2009 to 2015.
